I used them twice, to move 2 bikes each time.

First time was great, second was awfull.

First of all, the bikes arrived two weeks late. As i enquired about the arrival, they lied multiple times about the bikes whereabouts (both had gps trackers so that was easy to spot)

Both bikes arrived damaged and the delivery guy tried to hide it. That was hard as both bikes had bent handlebars, broken knuckleguards, broken brake controls and broken blinkers. One also had a bent gear shifter and a jamed key barrel (has traces of forcing, not surprising as they left them unsupervised for a week on the street before loading them)

The best was when the delivery guy said they where like this before. I did show him pictures of me at their pickup wherehouse whith no damage on the bikes and asked him how i brought there a bike that could not be started due to the key issue, that could not get in gear due to the bent shifter and could not activate the front brake. He then maintained it was not their fault as they used a third party… Not my problem, my contract was with them

They finally agreed to pay for the repair but i never saw the money despite multiple requests.

What a wonderful experience with the DTDC team for our recent shift from Koramangala to Sarjapur! I was quite anxious about the whole thing, but their crew made the entire process so seamless.
